I have focused my career from day one on developing innovative recruitment strategies based on electronic media.
After my law studies, I joined Monster Germany in 2000 and successfully contributed to the development of the job board and online recruitment. Furthermore, I coordinated the collaboration with the American parent company, the personnel consulting and HR marketing agency TMP Worldwide. Through this intensive cooperation, I have gained valuable experience in HR consulting and HR marketing and was able to implement it in the German market.
I have consistently pursued this development since joining Eurosearch in 2008. We were the first in the German market to designate Active Sourcing as a unique selling point. Since then, we have been able to show continuous growth each year not only in the number of projects, but also in the number of satisfied clients.
